The Story

I started NHTaxAppeal.com after watching property owners consistently overpay on their taxes — not because they couldn't fight it, but because they didn't know how, didn't have time, or didn't trust the process.

New Hampshire towns use mass-assessment models that routinely overvalue properties. Assessors apply broad assumptions that don't account for your property's vacancy rate, below-market leases, deferred maintenance, or current income. The result is an inflated assessed value — and a tax bill that's higher than it should be.

My approach is straightforward: I only take cases I think I can win. I use a rigorous evidence-based approach — income analysis, comparable sales, equity arguments — and I work entirely on contingency. If I don't deliver a reduction, you pay nothing. That's the only model I'm willing to operate on.
